As this movement has no doubt been ongoing for some time now, would you not agree that the organizational skills underlying this endeavor hardly instill any confidence in an ability to better manage PTSC?

Actually it's been about two-three weeks in the making. We are actually moving pretty quickly.

Please know that what we are trying to do is to benefit YOUR investment too. To just sit by and do nothing while the BoD spends/loses/mis manages our money cannot be tolerated any longer.

I invested a lot of money in this company and it's all be 'squandered' in my opinion and I want A BoD that will work a LOT harder to get it BACK for ME and ALL of US. We need MOTIVATED people that will push for us.

The past is over but unless we have a BoD that has LEARNED from the past and is willing to make changes to benefit the OWNERS (US) and be Good Stewards of our money nothing will change IMO.
