Not one, not two, and not even three new BoD members will be able to perform their stated goals unless they can convince the other four BoD members(I know it's limited to 5 places now, but am basing it on all 7 seats being available)as to the wisdom of their advice.

Also, I'm not too sure about the compliance issues for a "revolving-door" policy for non-executive directors.
