Besides the "tricks" not being minor, you and I both want experienced people in the positions. If they have to be taught, thery fail on experience grounds.

Actually, I'm not a great "sports fan" but from your analogy would point out that even the freshest from the minors has relevant experience, the game hasn't changed.
