1. Have I ever been subject to an NDA. Not with PTSC or any entity remotely affiliated with PTSC. I have been subject to NDA throughout my entire career, including consulting business. Also subject to security requirements up to SECRET.

2. Have I ever accepted dividends from warrants. No.

3. Would I consider/support a lawsuit against the BOD. No. It would be financial/investment suicide, with no benefit derived.

I would also like to add that I am not a politician, and would probably not make a good candidate for public office. I would never make a promise I would not keep and I would never tell you what you want to hear in order to get your vote. Pete's words, and qualities we share.
