Pete certainly knows more about law enforcement (PDSG/CDX) than any current BOD. Pete would be a more logical choice for PDSG, which is the only thing that current BOD can make decisions on right now....TPL covers the patent issues.

I would like to know what qualification directly related to what PTSC is as a company that the current BOD could show as proof in relative to main fiduciary responsibility of BOD in keeping the shareholder value?

For those who seem to approve of the current BOD, if your investment continues on the same track for 1..2..3..4 years would you still defend the BOD?

It is outrageous to see the compensation that the current BOD is receiving....no wonder shareholders are upset.

I am hoping out of all talk re. BOD replacement they somehow understand the fiduciary responsibilities and act accordingly.
