Jumpingtown,
Best of luck to you also. I agree that the timing of the uproar is annoying but there are critical timeframes that those interested must meet. Therefore, feelers put out , action taken and PR to get on the Agora Board. This is the method that they have available to get in. Those listed so far on here have shown nothing so far that would put them on the BOD that wouldn't just cost us much more with no SP increase. The less we have on the board the better. Less chances for collusion.
BOD has their problems but what makes the SP rise and fall has more to do with who is holding shares and what the current news is. What killed this stock previously is that millions of shares obtained by warrants (Swartz and others swamped the markets walking away with millions and options were thrown up against shareholders buys) and the events of the day did not support SP increase, that is, problems with the Markman and then the PTO, one after the other. That is the reason the SP dropped and the BOD sat by helpless to do anything about it. This is why we need to make sur there are no more warrants and no more options to people like the Falk trust. He hasn't dumped much yet buy he could.
This is a big reason for dividends is that you must stay if you are going to play. No divies, no reason to stay on a bad day. If you know there is a #cent divi at the end of the month and another coming next quarter. This is a real incentive to stay the course.
Swartz and the optioneers screwed us to the wall. Plenty saw hope for the SP and bought in based on the significant patent that is now free as a bird. Now, the future is extremely bright, therefore interest is peaking.
This board has impacted but MM's have little patience and some may be dumping with no news, not the comments of today.
We can vote our shares and definitely impact bod membership. Some had numerous votes against them and this can result in elimination the next time we vote. A lot of this will have to do with where the SP is at.
The gears have to get back in motion, reference Lecky stating (his team is gearing up, intimated) and that they did a tremendous job. He must get his Alliasense team etc out on the road, beating the bushes to bring in licenses. Also, many appear ready to be released based on guidance received from this board.
PR's and concrete knowledge on where we are headed will get us going. I am not worried about where we are heading nearly as much as I was a month ago. We are positive with both MMP and PDSG. Neither of these existed on 30 June. We are entering a much better world with PTSC.
