Hmmmm.... But at what percentage would they now split the J3 MOU monies? That percentage that was at the time of the settlement, or that which will result from the lawsuit remedy?

Isn't that rather like asking what percentage TPL will receive on future fees currently under negotiation?

If the Court amends the percentage distribution, wouldn't it be only effective going forward ie fees received after the amendment?
