I too am very much looking forward to this TPL loan being clarfied. What is undoubted is that TPL was drowning, PTSC offered a lifebelt then another lifesaving lifebelt and that court and lawyer costs are accruing. What I'd like confirmed with fact is that the percentage split of future MMP revenues is indeed now a sliding scale towards PTSC benefit.

Here is a fantastic opportunity for PTSC to prepare a little PR Release to detail the outcome of this process when it comes and show what very very clever boys and girls they are.
