We've been waiting since Jan. 19, 2010 for an OA to our '749 (90/009,034) response.

So much for special dispatch when under litigation. I guess examiner Pokrzywa is too busy with the '148 & '890 reex's.

ARM, HTC and an unknown made the merged reex requests.

Where are we at regarding the HTC litigation? Perhaps this is what's slowing down progress regarding any settlement with HTC.

Will a favourable PTO decision affect the ARM litigated decision?
