People keep talking about how it will take longer for something, presumably productive licensing, to begin. And they are all correct. But "longer" compared to what? Starting tomorrow?
What I have suggested, as well as others, is that it appears the situation for Lecky changed pretty dramatically, to his peril, with the rulings on Thursday.
Imagine being in his current situation, overall. Nightmare. But he CAN probably do something about it. And until he does, I suspect he will suffer chronic indigestion, stiff necks, no desired stiffness, constipation and sleeplessness. I would not want to be in his shoes right now.
How long?
And really, is there any indication that PTSC is going to come out of this worse than when going in? That is THE positive thing that IMO is being overlooked. Nothing is certain, but IMO the probability is greater for PTSC's position to significantly improve than at any time I can recall.
