And really, is there any indication that PTSC is going to come out of this worse than when going in? That is THE positive thing that IMO is being overlooked. Nothing is certain, but IMO the probability is greater for PTSC's position to significantly improve than at any time I can recall.

Pretty much my thoughts,as well.We may very well see alot of selling initially because of typical knee jerk reaction, but....I applaud the moves and decisive action being taken by PTSC, albeit a little tardy. So, I think for others ,this clears up alot and gives many the confidence that eventually PTSC will recoup many $$ and be in a command position that will give them market strength. Again, probably no rush to buy, but we have been clearly briefed on the issues, and I believe the speculative buyers will be banking on a PTSC victory! good luck
