TPL sold MMP and another IP license for a bundle package of eg. $5 million dollars to X company

then internally allocate it as $3 million for Core and $2 million for MMP... when maybe the "true" allocation should have been $1million Core / 4 million MMP

Since PTSC has no say/veto on that amount allocated for the MMP.... they were getting short changed..

TPL probably tried to justifed this by telling PTSC_------"If we didnt sell Core LIcense, the company would not have paid for the MMP license..and fight it in the courts... "

Arcelik was the last company that was PR to have purchased the MMP in March...and also purchased Fast Logic...... exactly one month later PTSC went to the courts about the issue with TPL
