I support the action also, and like you believe there will be a settlement before conclusion of a trial. I believe there is so much dirty, if not just embarasing, laundry on both sides that neither will be willing to expose themselves at trial. Who caves first will be determined by who has the most to lose. I doubt that we will be given the opportunity to know even that tidbit of information since all will agree to yet another NDA.
