it is interesting although possibly not significant that Paul Allen is going after major abusers of his patents which will be fought with the biggest names in the industry. If he gains thrust it can be nothing but good for the MMP.

I read your post and must say that I find that it is "possibly" significant. Do you think he is going to put up with all the delays and backlog of the USPTO? I believe he will demand in a nice way that they speed things up. IMO that can only help the mmp.
