1. PTSC appears to be just a company in litigation. It would "scare away" most top talent.

2. Schrock was head of the M&A committee and I believe was paid extra to make all those losing investments. He thinks he did proper due diligence. I would not assume that he would perform any better in the future.

3. Believe it or not, Flowers is the only one that has any idea on how to budget the remaining cash. Of course, this doesn't mean that the BoD has the "common sense" to listen.

4. Yes. You better get some strong decision makers in there fast.
