Ads had asked if I would consider managing the fund. I would be willing to manage the fund assuming that guidance and the proper legal steps are taken which would insulate me from any exposure.

IMHO, we should ask Ron for the guidance/legal steps to set up the account. We should be able to have it done in very short order and you can provide an account # that we can transfer money into.

Stan could draw up the mission statement (if that is what it is called in this case) before money is sent and then give details as to how the money is spent.
