Your conclusions are not beyond beyond the relm of possibilities. Although, a SEC filing would certainly have to be filed.
I, myself, am a little confused by all the goings on between TPL, PTSC, and Mr.Moore.
TPL tries to, or has successfully stolen the MMP from Mr. Moore. That may be, or is yet to be determined, since I have seen no Pacers listed on this site in regards to litigation between Moore and TPL. I know that there was suppose to be arbitration but that was cancelled by TPL. Mr. Bailys' post on this site that PTSCs' BOD are good and honorable people after we loan TPL one mil $'s to stay in business. We sue them for non payment and other issues, but only after Leckys tactics have been made public by Barcos' CEO. So where the loyalities ly I am not sure. Perhaps PTSC and Moore will team against TPL. It would seem that any litigation between TPL and Moore has been obscured in total secracy which shouldn't surprize anyone. Since we are a publicly owned company any litigation involving us has to be made public? Litigation between private companies and individuals can be hidden? Even though the outcome could greatly affect a public company? Does anyone know the answers to these questions? Did I miss some posting regarding Moore and TPL litigation? Is there in fact litigation proceedings ongoing?
I've always felt that the events between TPL and Moore may well be the reason for the halt in licensing activity since it would involve ownership and the disbursement of funds to proper legal parties. Perhaps some event in that regard has occured.
