I believe Moore is referring to the ComAg between TPL and himself.

Possibly reasonable to assume. But assuming does not equate to acceptable proof in a court of law.

I would prefer they do not waste money on litigation with our JV partner and the sole source of all PTSC's revenue unless there is a reasonable chance of being successful in such litigation. But that is only IMO.
