We're missing a big piece to this puzzle. DL would gladly cut off his right arm to have half of the proceeds generated by "patents on water". Needless to say, the MMPs aren't really patents on water - if they were, this issue would have been settled a long, long time ago.

Sorry fo the negativity - but JMO.
