The news that the 336 patent reexamiantion was denied is certainly news we have all been waiting for for such a long time. I remember when we used to think it was the one remaining hurdle standing in the way of a wave of licenses. Unfortunately due to the TPL/PTSC/Moore relationship problems we now have another hurdle standing before us that we were not counting on. I'm hopeful that the issues between the parties can be resolved quickly so the licensing can continue with a strengthened 336 patent.
