"and if the current fiasco can be worked out...we are ready for revenue."

Trouble is there is always a current fiasco.

Why would PTSC go to all the trouble of suing TPL, charging them with fraud, intermingling expenses and then state in the 10Q that it would be in the best interest of the company to continue licensing through TPL? Does that sound like a tough stand that will bring TPL in toe ? Just what are they trying to accomplish? It would seem to me that we will always be in a bind with this attitude. We are being lead down a path of failure for some reason? Is that the real plan. It seems to me that there are those that are more interested in continuing with their salaries than pursuing infringers. The mission of the company is actually secondary, or possibly further down the line, than preserving an income for the BOD. If there is not a hidden agenda why are we surrounded in secracy? Why did they agree to the very restrictive MA unless it was an excuse for silence and failure. Why did our CEO quit right after that? Why have we not heard from the company. We are now a rudderless ship in a storm. No one is taking the initative at PTSC. There does not seem to be any talent at all at PTSC. They hire Baroni for PDSG, and TPL for microchip infringement. They squander 130 mil. They purchase companies that no one else wants and then resell at a loss. There is apparently no remorse for their stupidity. It is shameful at the least and suspiciously criminal at the most. Do they actually think that they will survive their pathedic performance with a reputation that will enable them continue their career paths. Unless they are successful they will always be surrounded in suspicion and doubt. They have actually squandered one of the most valuable patents in years. That is not a reputation that I would want for any money. So just what are their motives? Greed, or stupidity ? Take your pick it is not very flattering.
