Well, they tried, but failed, in everything they've done so far.

Now they are left to defend our interests in court against TPL, and pay Baroni a bunch of consulting fees to try and get PDSG/CDX to generate revenues. Of course we never hear anything about this except that it is taking longer than expected, opportunities exist, etc.

When I say they, I mean Flowers, Johnson, and Felcyn. I have no idea what Shrock and Mishri are doing --- probably nothing of significance or shouldn't we be hearing something?

And of course they are all collect their board fees, tweaking wording on committee bylaws, compensation packages, etc. all the while paying lawyers outrageous fees no doubt to win back our loaned money from TPL.

Nothing to defend, that's just the gist of our situation.
