After all, if there was something good to say about PDSG, you probably would have told the shareholders by now.

1. We have not sold PDSG because PTSC can not get close to the amount of shareholder assets you have "invested".

2. PTSC has not announced a major partner to get us big contracts because, at this time, there is none.

3. PTSC has not stopped throwing shareholder cash at PDSG because you are buying time and praying for a miracle. This would be more than an embarassing failure after you went public with your 120 Day Pledge.

Now, I did all the hard work for you. Time to do what is best for the shareholders and focus on more positive opportunities and enhancing shareholder value.
