One other point, How come we recived over 75 sign-ups pryor to our last sucessfull patent reexamination, and only 2 since?

Good question - I don't think the real answer has much to do with the dispute between Patriot and TPL. This is a big piece to the puzzle that we're obviously missing. Don't hold your breath waiting to hear the answer. I don't think we will even know the reason after the SHM.
