Should it be hard? Should it be not allowed because it's easy? I guess personel changes never happened in your past corporate experiences?........
Can't change the past.......so ignore it.......
Can't change the BOD structure..........so don't bother even trying discussing it.......
Let them do their job?.........They are.......isn't it wonderful what they're doing?........
BTW, my plan, after changing the BOD, would be to gut the MMP agreement and become transparent to the shareholders.........
