Are you really that much of a child and that unable to support your "plan" / position that this is what you resort to? And even at that, you can't seem to get it right or even read the following that was included in my post:

"BoardSource, in their booklet "Ten Basic Responsibilities of Nonprofit Boards", itemize the following 10 responsibilities for nonprofit boards. (However, these responsibilities are also relevant to for-profit boards.)"

Here's a link for you that might help you out more than the agoracom board. It's dictionary.com. Put the www in front of it when you type it into the address line. Look up the word plagarize and educate yourself a bit. While you're at it, look up "plan", "honesty", and "character".
