In FY 09 and FY10, PTSC received NET revenues of $15.3M from PDS for MMP licensing. That's money CLEAR of all expenses to prosecute infringers, pursue USPTO re-exams, pay lawyers for T3, etc. in relation to the MMP. Pure gravy off the MMP.

Where did it go?! What did we get for it? Our balance sheet is not improved, our stock price is in the crapper, the company has no CEO, no ability to communicate with the market, and no defined plan moving forward other than apparent attempts to correct prior errors. An effort, by the way, that seemingly only came to fruition due to an adversary infringer's inclusion of the sins in a court filing, and thus left the BOD EXPOSED to liability if they didn't react. Had HTC not done so, we'd likely have no court case with TPL . Now, you've even taken the cowardly position of refusing to meet face to face with the owners of the company. Is the next step to simply fabricate the content of SEC filings to avoid accountabiility?
