Message: Planning.

Thanks again for all the excellent input by numerous people.

Wolf, you have been a fearless leader on this board and thanks for your encouraging message.

Laurie, I believed that the vote to withold members and the majority vote would not be instituted immediately. Thank you for the clarification although I am disappointed. You have been a powerful voice this entire year and your investigative approach is paying dividends. I am confident that the BOD is aware that you will leave no stone unturned to fully discredit their poor performance. I hope that you, Stan Caplan and others ask pointed questions during the Annual Meeting that will force this BOD to address the precarious position that they have placed the shareholder in.

With victory on witholding and majority rule could a special election be demanded from the SEC? Thanks for this insight. This is the second year that I have voted against them and will continue to do this unless a miracle is presented by this board showing a complete turnaround in competency and investor concern which they continue to not support. If not, an even greater scrutiny is needed.

By the way, why were the other board members, Mistry and Schrock not voted on? Have they been let go?

I still believe that planning, mentioned previously, is critical on this board and this will hold my interest if it persists. This is how I believe we got results on the MMP. I may be wrong but political pressure really helps. The SEC is political just like many governmental agencies and if pressured they will go after boards that are destroying shareholder value while enriching themselves which appears to be the case at present.

I hope all had a joyful Christmas and/ or Hannakuh with family and friends. If you didn't, prayers help and next year may that heartache and pain be turned to happiness!

Happy New Year 2011!
