Yes, until Moore undos the master agreement which he and Patriot could do. The terms of the MA require 75% owership agreement to terminate. I construe ownership as meaning title. If TPL loses ownership, in all liklihood TPL looses it all. IMHO.

You have made your speculation and defended it. I have made some counter-arguments which I believe help to clarify what the probablility is of your speculation ever coming about in the near term.
