We always knew of the co-owner Moore, but I doubt we were privy to the agreement between Moore and TPL. Hence sued both.

Why would PTSC shareholders need to know there may be a cloud over the other 50% ownership? Especially if we did not know that as a fact?

Perhaps I'm not understanding something.
