The way I read it, they have until sunday to report it. IMHO. We all know that this company works on weekends.LOL....and miss forensic accounting will come in for free. I wonder what would be a better time to hide the bad news......today or sunday?

I have to believe that if there were amaterial event consummated, we would get a pr before 10Q. So, my guess is they failed to deliver. good luck
