I don't know how it can be done, but we need a board and/or senior management that is looking to save the company - not drain it. $100K in revenue over 3 months is appalling.

It is too bad that you declined their offer long ago--perhaps we can find a way to replace this BoD now if we all put our efforts into finding a way.

I suggest that you, biajj, Stan (if he is still around), Ron, wolf, Pete, and lamberts get together and explore what could be done to move them out.

IMHO, time is of the essence as I think that DL has us in a locked position and intends to drag things out in order to drain what little we have left. It looks to me like this is his last ditch try to get the entire MMP. I think that we have a BoD who are as blind to this as they have been to all of the other things that have gone wrong with this company. It would be so sad if they just handed it over to them.
