Remember when the president at the time Jim Turley (who had a big dog to feed) said we now had 10's of millions of dollars coming in from the MMP? This was around the time of the J3 final settlement.

Maybe it was true but would not occur until patent passed USPTO?

This may be an annual installment?

JMHO and speculation?
