But who in PTSC today could tell you, on demand, what a ring oscillator is?

For that matter, I NEVER hear of anything related to the "ground penetrating radar" patent - yet we seem to see applications that may be using it. I remember Woody was quite proud of it when it was put into the PTSC portfolio.
