The fact they borrowed money from PTSC makes me wonder how much more money they have to defend themselves.

What makes me wonder even more is why PTSC ever "loaned" TPL any money???? And why or how was that loan secured? I mean really secured, like the deed to the house or car secured.

I have never believed that DL is really broke or hurting for money. Maybe his company is running low but DL? I would not believe it. And remember DL is an attorney. What is he going to do, charge himself? He can do the work for free. If he could I guess he would, but he doesn't have to. That being said, I have always heard it is not wise to act as your own attorney! Then again when has common sense prevailed in any of this "drama"?
