I am of the opinion that early mover discounts were somewhat of a ruse. They were labeled as such to provide cover for DL so that the package deals that were being negotiated could be tipped in favor of Fast Logic and Core Flash at the expense of MMP. There is little reason for DL to have personally interjected himself at the highest corporate level of a prospective licensee other than to wheel-n-deal and work the allocation of total package proceeds in his favor.
That's my firm opinion, and has been for quite some time. I also believe our BoD looked the other way because the comm. agreement they signed was so lop-sided against us that they probably did not want to know what was really going on.
Yes, we have already gone over this many times, but it still stinks so bad it is hard to ignore.
