It's but a spark in a volcano considering how much the BODs have already spent on lawyers, attorneys, director fees, alleged due diligence, failed investments and heaven knows what else, to burn through countless millions of real dollars and take our stock price down to under a dime

My concern is how much more the Company would "burn through" if led by those unable to accept or comprehend basic SEC Regs. What decisions would be made in other areas based on the same inability?
