Why don't you answer Wings05's question? I believe it is important based on the recent passage of Majority Voting. Do all 3 have to tender their resignations if they fail to garner 50% of the vote?

I most humbly suggest that those wishing to guide the Company, as elected directors, exemplify their suitability and experience by answering any such questions.
