I asked the question in an earlier post whether the 7mil in the PDS account on 1/19/2011 represented funds kicked in by both PTSC and TPL? Probably not.....too much $$. So, if the 7mil reflects all monies received from the several new license agreements....I sincerely hope one of them was not DT. Otherwise, one could speculate we are still signing companies at a first tier rate, i.e. early bird discount. good luck
