But it could be and the court is intervening on distributions to JV partners. That is one possibility. See my prior post on that subject. The other is something other than a single payment license. Will have to wait until the dust settles and more information is made available.

But yes. If that 7 mil balance on PDS books represents all of the license funds and that amount included DT, it would be most depressing. Almost inconceivable at this point in the game with patents now finally exiting the reexam process.
