How come noboby at PTSC ever wants to answer "the question"? Patriot paid Baroni a lot of money to analyze the situation and answer "the question".

You know what Baroni told the BoD? He told them that they paid too much for Crossflo and you give a CEO two quarters to turn things around. He answered "the question".

Looks like the BoD paid attention because they fired the CEO for not turning things around. But, why wouldn't any of the directors answer "the question" when asked at the annual shareholder meeting? Two of them rambled on but didn't answer "the question". Well, the other one was so unprepared, he couldn't even ramble.

Oh. "The question" is: How long do you give a director to turn things around?
