Here's a another question: How much do you pay a CEO to turn this company around?

One answer is that the dollar amount must be related to the share price. You pay the CEO in shares that can't be sold for a two or three years out, each year. I bet the CEO would have an incentive to get the share price up.

Another answer is you pay the CEO nothing by not having one.

I'm sure there are a few more answers others can think of. I wonder if the BOD can think of just one, JUST ONE, good answer. And then I hope they have the strength to implement it.
