PTSC today is:
- Flowers serving as CFO/Interim CEO since 09/2007
- Felcyn as member of the BoD since 2002
- Johnson as member of the BoD since 2001
My question to you is:
1. Do you see anyone else who knows PTSC in all its historical and current details which are critical for the company's future success?
2. Can you explain how someone from complete outside can be of advantage for the company without the support of the then fired "old" BoD-members?
3. And: Have you ever worked in a leading position in a COMPANY? Do you actually know what you're speaking of?
I'm getting more and more the impression that you and your cohorts like Brian & Cie. are jeopardizing my investment in PTSC far more than the Leckrones, the USPTO, the infringing but refusing companies or two people on the BoD, you seem to have a personal problem with.
Therefore I will get much more active in the US and Germany from now on in order to prevent that you (or someone similar to you) will get a place at the BoD.
