It seems with most of the PTO work out of the way..... it is much cleaner going to court.... I too believe our chancses are good... would not mind taking one of the companies all the way.... the closer we get to trial I think we will see other compnies fold.... the price will go up with a victory.....

I hope we get some PTSC/MMP follow through.. another settlement a PDGS sale... somthing to strengthen our postion...

Who would sell here,... PTO wins... measurable difference in MMP income... 3 cents a share in cash PDS 7 million in reserves,,,,
