How this was able to happen is beyond belief ? It smells of complicity by members of our BOD. The thing that troubled me most about this investment was the relationship of TPL and PTSC, seemingly a private company running a public company through a contract. It seems a lot of shareholders drank his cool aid also by letting him dominate SHM in the past.

I am glad this is out and the relationship has been shown to the public. Hopefully our situation will improve because of it. I would rather be done with Leckrone and this BOD but at this point I dont care who gets me there just get there and let me out. Hopefully my greed will let me sell the next time this stock makes a run. As for the MMP why I got into this I have never felt better about it. Taking the T3 to the end or close to it IMO will increase our nuisance value if that is all we are left with. Nuisance times 1000s of infringers could still produce some nice quarters. Even a 1 million license times 1000 is a billion. Maybe I am way off. Hopefully we find out soon.
