In the article of June 2004 by Linda Geppert (What is Patriot's Game?) there is a statement that "Moore has licensed his co-inventor (with Russell Fish) rights to TPL.
Russell transferred his rights to the Fish Family Trust and those rights were bought by Helmut Falk Sr's nanotronics and subsequently acquired by PTSC.

How does Moore's arrangement compare to how PTSC's rights are used by PDS/TPL?
