The issue is not whether or not the pacer was held back. The issue is why didn't the pacer reflect the correct date when it was posted. I would think that has to be explained somehow, and so far I have not heard a reasonable explanation. If one exists, then I'd like to hear it. If it has been explained, perhaps someone could repost it for me.
