Has anyone asked for a copy of the amendment to the bylaws which reflect majority voting? I have written to investor relations twice since the Annual Meeting and have received no answers. It seems like a simple request. Would everyone please try.

I believe it would be in our best interest to see the actual language that addresses an uncontested election as well as a contested election and how majority voting will work.

I am very interested in knowing how director replacements will be selected in an uncontested election where current directors do not receive the majority vote. If they choose their own replacements and shareholders have nothing to say about it, then what is to prevent Carl from choosing another attorney at Roswell Partners or for that matter, re-appointing Faulk, Mistry and/or Schrock.

We need answers folks and our BoD should be providing them.
