I think we all want communication. I also think your three questions presented here are not questions that need to be answered .

The delay might be strategy due to some unknown event or a scenario playing out.

How many times they meet ?They told us they were in ongoing negotiations? I think both sides TPL and PTSC have already worked a rough settlement out IMO. But just might these be all contingent on TPLs other problems such as Moore and "maybe" a criminal investigation going on. I think the only communication that they could give us would be fluff at this point. If they did comment on these in the abstract it would raise more questions and further incite us shareholders.

I and every other shareholder would love to know every detail but it is not happening anytime soon. How about a communication of the ongoing strength of the MMP and the 120th license signed. I hope they have changed philosophy to under promise and over deliver.

I am as frustrated as anyone! I try and send the BOD a message once a week asking Cliff when he is going to put skin in the game. Buy some shares for heavens sakes and let us know you stand with us.
