RE: "Just wondering how much profit and profit increase there would be if the BOD no longer got paid with cash. How many dollars of profit would our company show then?"
If you look on the page called Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations, under the heading "Operating Expenses", there is a line called "Selling, General and Administrative" (SG&A). The money paid to the BOD should be included in this number which is shown as = $805,993.
Ifwe assume that all of this SG&A is BOD pay (which it’s not) then the $/share savings this last Q if there was no SG&A expenses would be $805,993 / 405,013,021 = .002 (that’s 2 tenths of a penny per share).
Since the 10Q reported a loss of 1 cent per share the result of having no SG&A expenses would have changed that loss to a loss of .008 cents per share.
Whoopi. We will not make any money simply by not paying the BOD. We need to sell licenses, and sell a h*** of a lot of them.
